We are located at 12550 Promise Creek Lane, Ste 108, Fishers, IN 46037. It is a strip mall at the corner of 126th St and Promise Road. You won’t be able to see our shop from 126th, but we are in the second building, facing I-69. Don’t hesitate to give us a call if you can’t find us!
We use 100% soy wax, grown from beans here in the Midwest. We also use premium fragrance oils and pure cotton wicks! The combination of our ingredients allows your candle to burn cleanly.
Please contact us immediately and we will file a claim with our shipping provider! In order to submit a claim, we will need you to send a picture of the damaged merchandise and a picture of the printed shipping label with tracking number for verification within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will also send you out a replacement candle at no cost! Unfortunately, although we do our absolute best to package each candle very carefully, cut glass bottles and glass containers are extremely fragile and can become damaged if roughly handled during shipping.
Yes! Once your candle is burned down, you can take hot water and a dab of dish soap to clean out any left over wax. Then bring it back to our store for a refill! Refills are 20% off the regular price of the candle. It typically takes us about 2 weeks to complete refills, but we will give you a call when it’s ready for pick up!
The only candles we do not refill are custom cut bottles or wine boats.
Open (Candle) Pouring is where you can come into our shop and make your own candles! We teach you how to make it from start to finish. It typically takes about 30- 45 minutes, and the cost depends on which vessel you select. We have over 75 unique vessels, ranging in cost from $18- 75+. For Open Pouring hours, click here!
You don’t have to have reservations to come to Open Pouring, but if you want to Save Your Seat, we have that option for Saturdays.
