Warranty Period
We offer a limited warranty on unused and unburned candles for 30 days after delivery. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within this window, and we’ll gladly replace or refund your order!
After the 30-day period, and especially once the candle has been used, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or returns.
