Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your candles, you don't think they are burning how they should or have any other troubles (candle related only, please) , email sales@unplugsoycandles.com and we will make it right.

We do not accept exchanges or returns on candles from open pouring or private parties. Due to the handmade nature of these candles and since we can not control the processes, we can not resell these candles. If you are unhappy with the fragrance you selected, you can pick out a new one for your refill.

Damaged Candles

We hate when this happens. Due to the fragile nature of our candles, sometimes they do break in transit. Please reach out to us right away at sales@unplugsoycandles.com and let us know the damage occurred. We will get a replacement sent out right away!
