SHIPPING POLICY
All orders from Unplug Soy Candles are shipped from Fishers, IN.
We currently ship orders WORLDWIDE!
All domestic website orders under $75, ship for a flat rate of $10. All orders over $75, ship for free!
International order shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase and you are able to select the best rates.
Orders can be expected to arrive 5-7 business days after your order is placed. International orders can take up to 21 days to receive. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
Shipping Policy for Workshop & Open Pouring Candles
We’re excited to create candles with you during our workshops and open pouring sessions! To make getting your creations home as easy and affordable as possible, we offer a flat rate shipping option:
Flat Rate: $10 shipping per address for up to three (3) candles.
Additional Candles: For every additional group of up to three candles, an additional $10 shipping charge will apply per address.
Examples:
Shipping 1–3 candles to one address: $10
Shipping 4–6 candles to one address: $20
Shipping 7–9 candles to one address: $30
Shipping to multiple addresses: Each address is charged separately at the same rate.
How will I know if my order is shipped?
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order was received. Once you order is processed, you will receive another email from us saying that your order is on the way and it will include tracking information.
A friendly reminder that if it is extra hot or extra cold, try to minimize the amount of time your package is left outside. We do our best to protect the candles from weather, but leaving them outside in 80+ degree weather is never recommended!
What if I never receive my order?
Oh no! Sometimes things happen in the shipping process and packages get lost. Please reach out to us at sales@unplugsoycandles.com and we will make it right.
What if my candle is broken when I receive it?
Due to the fragile nature of our candles, sometimes they do break in transit. Please reach out to us right away at sales@unplugsoycandles.com and let us know the damage occurred. We will get a replacement sent out right away!
